Oxsome is the AI platform for home service businesses. From our Wayzata, Minnesota headquarters we deliver lead services, AI-powered websites, SEO, and connected TV advertising to home service and small business clients nationwide — all managed from one Command Center.
Sales Support is the role that keeps our Account Managers selling. You own the work that surrounds a deal: getting demos on the calendar and confirmed, keeping the CRM and the pipeline accurate, following up with prospects who have gone quiet, handing signed clients off to onboarding, and keeping deal paperwork organized and findable.
Compensation based on agreement made with leadership. Commission: flat 10%. This role includes required in-office hours each week at our Wayzata, Minnesota office.
What you'll do
- Schedule demos for the Account Managers and confirm them so they actually get held
- Keep CRM records and pipeline stages accurate and current
- Follow up with prospects who haven't responded yet and get them back on the calendar
- Hand signed clients off to onboarding with the details that team needs to start
- Keep deal paperwork — agreements, order forms, billing details — organized and easy to find
- Flag anything that has stalled so no deal sits in the pipeline unnoticed
What we're looking for
- Organized and dependable, with follow-through on details other people are counting on
- Comfortable reaching out to prospects and clients by phone and email
- Comfortable working in a CRM and keeping records accurate
- Clear written communication
- Able to keep several open threads moving at once without losing track
Nice to have
- Sales support, sales operations, scheduling, or administrative experience
- Experience working day-to-day in a CRM
