A text back before they call the next company.

The call you cannot answer is not a lost lead yet. Jessica texts that caller within seconds, starts the conversation, and books the job while you are still under a sink.

The leak nobody measures

When a home service company looks at its own inbound calls honestly, the number that stops the room is how many were never answered by a person. Not because anyone did anything wrong: you were on a roof, it was 7pm, the answering service picked up and the caller hung up anyway. Those calls do not show up anywhere. They are not in your CRM, they did not fill in a form, and nobody on your team remembers them. They are simply people who called you, got nothing, and called the next company on the list.

  • Around 38% of homeowner messages arrive outside business hours
  • A voicemail box and an answering service both still end in a hang-up
  • Unanswered calls leave no record, so the loss never gets counted

Seconds, not hours

When nobody picks up, Jessica texts the caller back within seconds and starts an actual conversation. She answers their questions, works out what the job is, and books it on your calendar. Median reply time across the platform is about five seconds, day or night, which matters because the whole race is against them dialing the next number in the search results.

  • She checks the number is a mobile before she texts it
  • She never texts the same person twice and stays quiet if you are already mid-thread with them
  • She catches the sneaky one: a call your answering service picked up that still ended in voicemail
  • She never promises that someone will call them back, only a time you can actually keep

Then it becomes a customer record, not a missed call

Every one of these conversations saves itself onto that person's record, so the next time they call, whoever picks up can see the whole history. What used to be an invisible loss becomes a booked job, or at minimum a name and a number and a reason they called.

Questions we get asked

What is missed call text back?

It is an automatic text message sent to someone the moment their call to your business goes unanswered. Done well it is not a canned auto-reply: Jessica opens a real conversation, answers questions about your services and pricing policy, qualifies the job and books it on your calendar without anyone on your team touching it.

Will it text my existing customers or my suppliers by mistake?

She checks the number is a mobile before texting, stays silent when there is already an open conversation with that person, respects opt-outs and do-not-contact lists, and sends one message rather than a chase sequence. The goal is to catch the homeowner who could not reach you, not to message everyone who ever dialed your number.

What happens if the caller replies with something complicated?

She handles the normal path, which is most of it, and when something is beyond her she stops and puts it in front of a human in your Command Center rather than guessing. She also never quotes a price she was not given.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. This runs on your existing business line. Part of setup is making sure calls to the number already on your trucks and your website are visible to the platform so they can be rescued.
