The listing that decides whether you get the call.

For a home service business, your Google Business Profile outranks your website for the searches that matter most. Oxsome manages it, posts to it, and keeps it alive without anyone at your office touching it.

The map pack is the real front door

When someone searches for your trade plus your town, the three businesses in the map pack take the bulk of the calls before anyone scrolls to the regular results. That block is fed by your Google Business Profile, not your website, and Google keeps rewarding profiles that stay active with fresh photos, posts and answered reviews. Most contractor profiles were set up once, years ago, and have not been touched since.

We run it, and your crews feed it without knowing they are

Your categories, services, service area, hours and description get set up properly and kept current. Then the part that actually keeps it alive: your crews text a photo from the truck when a job is done, and that photo becomes a Google post on your profile, written up and tagged to the work and the neighborhood. Nobody logs in, nobody schedules content, and the listing stays active because your company is active.

  • Categories, services and service area set up the way Google expects them
  • Job photos texted in from the field become posts on your profile
  • Reviews monitored and answered, good and bad
  • Questions and answers kept populated instead of left to strangers

One source of truth

Your profile, your website and your directory listings are kept saying the same thing about your hours, your service area and the work you do. That consistency is one of the strongest local ranking signals there is, and it is the one most often broken by a business that has simply moved, changed hours or added a service over the years.

Which plan includes this

Google Business Profile is included on the Website plan. See Oxsome pricing.

Questions we get asked

Do I keep ownership of my Google Business Profile?

Yes, always. It is your profile and your Google account. We request manager access so we can post, update and respond on your behalf, and you can remove that access at any time without losing anything. We never ask you to transfer ownership.

How do the job photos become Google posts?

Your crew texts a photo to your Oxsome number with a few words about the job. The platform writes it up as a post on your Google Business Profile, tagged to the type of work and the area it happened in. One photo becomes one post, so your profile shows steady real activity rather than a burst of stock images.

Can you fix a profile that is suspended or has the wrong information?

That is usually the first thing we do. Duplicate listings, an old address, a service area that does not match reality and categories chosen years ago are the most common reasons a profile underperforms, and all of them are fixable.
