Plugs into what you already run on.
Your field software, your CRM and your calendar keep doing their jobs. Oxsome handles everything in front of them and hands the work over cleanly.
Nobody is ripping out the system that runs their operations
If your dispatch, your invoicing and your techs live in one piece of software, that is not something a marketing platform should ask you to abandon, and any vendor who does is solving their problem rather than yours. Oxsome sits in front of your operations: finding the customer, answering them, qualifying and booking the job, and then handing it over to the system your business already runs on.
What connects today
Each of these is a live connection, set up during onboarding, not a logo on a slide.
- ServiceTitan: website leads pushed straight in as real leads
- Hatch: leads upserted into your workspace as they come in
- Salesforce: contacts synced both ways, so the AI knows an existing customer from a new one
- improveit 360: leads submitted directly and contacts synced back
- Calendly: booked appointments land on the calendar you already use
- Zapier: everything else, wired to whatever you run
Why it matters to the AI, not just to your office
Synced contacts are the reason Jessica can tell a ten year customer from a first-time caller before she replies. Without that, every conversation starts from zero and reads like a stranger who bought your list. With it, she already knows who she is talking to and what you have done for them.
Which plan includes this
Integrations is included on the Website plan. See Oxsome pricing.
Questions we get asked
What if the software I use is not on the list?
Zapier covers a great deal of it, and anything beyond that is custom integration work, which is what the Enterprise plan is for. Tell us what you run on and we will tell you honestly whether it connects.
Does connecting my CRM mean you have my customer list?
It means the platform can recognize your existing customers so it does not treat them like strangers. Your data stays yours, opt-outs and do-not-contact lists are respected everywhere, and you can disconnect at any time.
Who sets this up?
We do, during onboarding. It is not a project you have to manage.
