Your best work, on the record, where buyers look.

Reviews are the last thing a homeowner checks before they call. Oxsome asks for them at the right moment, watches for new ones, and helps you answer every one.

The problem was never that customers were unhappy

Most home service companies do excellent work and have a fraction of the reviews they have earned. The reason is timing. The moment a customer is most willing to leave one is right after the job, standing in a fixed kitchen, and that is exactly the moment everyone on your team is busy packing up and driving to the next call. A week later the goodwill is still there but the urgency is gone.

Ask when it is still fresh

When a job closes, the request goes out by text, in your company's voice, with a direct link to the place you want the review left. No printed cards, no QR codes on an invoice nobody reads, no one on your team having to remember. Customers who are ready to leave a review can do it in about fifteen seconds from their phone.

  • Requested by text, right after the work is finished
  • A direct link, so nobody has to hunt for your listing
  • Opt-outs and do-not-contact lists respected everywhere, without exception
  • One request, never a chase

Then answer them, all of them

New reviews land in your Command Center with a reply drafted for you, so responding takes a few seconds instead of an evening. Answering the good ones is a ranking signal and answering the hard ones in public is the single most persuasive thing a prospect can read about you. The one bad review you replied to calmly does more selling than the twenty perfect ones above it.

Questions we get asked

Can you filter out the bad reviews before they get posted?

No, and no reputable company can. Review gating, which is screening customers and only sending the happy ones to Google, is against Google's policies and puts your listing at risk. What we do instead is make sure every satisfied customer is actually asked, which moves your average honestly, and help you answer the negative ones publicly and well.

Where do the reviews go?

Your Google Business Profile is the default because it is what feeds the map pack and what buyers check. Requests can point at other platforms that matter in your trade as well.

What happens when a bad review comes in?

It appears in your Command Center with a draft response written for you, and you decide what goes out. The draft never argues, never discloses private job details, and never promises anything we have not agreed with you first.
