Did last month make money? A straight answer.
Not impressions, not reach, not a slide about brand awareness. Calls, conversations, booked jobs, and what each channel actually produced.
Marketing reports are mostly written to survive the meeting
Impressions went up. Engagement is strong. Rankings are improving. None of it is false and none of it answers the question, and that is not an accident: a metric nobody can tie to revenue is a metric nobody can be held to. If your current reporting cannot tell you which channel produced the jobs you did last month, it is decoration.
The numbers that survive contact with a P&L
Every call, form, chat, ad lead and text lands in the same system, so they can be counted the same way and traced through to a booked job. You see what came in, where it came from, what got answered, what got booked, and what it cost you to get there.
- Leads and calls by source, including the calls nobody answered
- Conversations, bookings and where they came from
- Ad spend against booked work, not against clicks
- Rankings and search visibility, alongside the leads they produced
Written the way a person would say it
The weekly summary is prose, not a dashboard: what happened, what changed, what the agents did and what needs you. It gets texted to you, and there is a fuller view in the Command Center when you want to go deeper. The goal is that you can read the important version in under a minute and be right about your business.
Which plan includes this

Questions we get asked
Can you tell which calls came from which channel?
That is what tracked numbers are for, and setting them up is part of onboarding. Without one, a call that came from your Google Ads campaign is indistinguishable from one that came off a truck magnet, which is why so many contractors cannot tell what their advertising is doing.
Do I get a monthly report?
You get a snapshot of yesterday each morning and a weekly summary, both by text, plus the full view in the Command Center whenever you want it. The point is that you are never waiting until the end of the month to find out something stopped working three weeks ago.
Will it show me leads we dropped?
Yes, and that is usually the most valuable screen in the platform. Calls that were never answered, conversations that went nowhere and leads that were never worked are all visible, because you cannot fix a leak you cannot see.
