Jobs land on the calendar without the phone tag.
Booking is not a calendar widget bolted onto a website. It is a conversation that ends with a time everyone agrees on, and Jessica has that conversation on every channel you have.
Why a booking link on its own does not work in the trades
Scheduling links work for haircuts because every appointment is the same length and the same job. A home service call is not: the visit depends on what is broken, how far it is, whether you carry the part and who on your crew can do it. So homeowners abandon the widget and call instead, and you are back to phone tag with someone who is at work all day.
A conversation that ends in a time
Jessica asks what the job is, where it is and when they are available, checks it against the times you actually work, and puts it on your calendar confirmed. It happens by text, by website chat, and on the phone with voice AI when your team cannot pick up. Reschedules are the same: the customer texts, she finds a new slot and moves it, and the job stays on the books instead of quietly disappearing.
- Qualified first, so you are not driving to a job you do not take
- Booked only inside the hours and the service area you actually work
- Reschedules handled by text, with no phone tag
- Held for your approval first, if that is how you want it to run
Your calendar stays the only calendar
Everything lands where your team already looks, and every booking carries the conversation that produced it, so whoever runs the call knows what the customer already said. Across the clients running this today, booked appointments in a month range from around sixteen to sixty-seven depending on the size of the company and the demand feeding it.

Questions we get asked
Does it book jobs without me seeing them first?
That is your choice. It can book straight onto the calendar, or hold every request for your approval before it becomes an appointment. Most companies start with approval on and turn it off within a few weeks.
What if we do not work weekends or we do not serve a certain town?
Then she does not book them. Your hours and your service area are set up front and she will not book outside either one. She also knows what you do not do, so she does not book a job you would have to turn around and cancel.
Does it work with the calendar we already use?
Yes, appointments land on the calendar your team already looks at, so nobody has to check a second system.
