Quotes from texted job photos, plus a new Social page with your numbers
Jessica can now draft quotes from job photos, add change orders and log expenses from a text. The Social page shows your views, engagement and followers, and the CRM now handles maintenance plans and repeating jobs.
Text a job photo, get a quote draft
What changed: Send Jessica one or more job photos with a few words and she drafts a quote from your own price book, then texts back the lines, prices and total for your yes. You can also text her a change order for a job in progress, or what you spent (a receipt photo works too), and she logs it against the job.
Why it matters: You can price work and track job costs from the truck without opening a laptop.
How to try it: Text Jessica a photo with something like "quote for replacing this water heater and hauling away the old one".
See your social numbers and replies on one Social page
What changed: The Social page now has tabs for Overview, Calendar, Posts, Inbox, Google, Crew photos and Channels. Overview shows views, engagement, followers gained and posts against the previous period, and Inbox holds replies Jessica drafted for comments and messages so you can approve them.
Why it matters: You can see whether your posts are reaching people and answer customers without logging into each network.
How to try it: In Command Center, open Social and start on the Overview tab, then check Inbox for drafted replies.
Maintenance plans and repeating jobs in the CRM
What changed: You can set up a maintenance plan with a price, included visits, a member discount and priority booking, then sign customers up with one yes. Repeating jobs can run on any schedule, and invoices go out after each visit or monthly, with an autopay sign-up for the customer.
Why it matters: Steady plan revenue and repeat visits get scheduled and billed without you chasing each one.
How to try it: In the CRM, open Memberships and tap New plan, or text Jessica "set up a tune-up plan, $15 a month, two visits a year, 10% off repairs".
